The TWSBI Precision fountain pen. is a eye-catching fountain pen with modern industrial design cues Following on from their range of Precision ballpoint pens and mechanical pencils. While not a new line from TWSBI it’s definitely one that stands out in their range, it’s all-metal construction and brushed aluminum body are easily noticed in their lineup of demonstrator pens, while still retaining TWSBI’s signature quality and attention to detail that makes their fountain pens so great.

With a brushed blue finish accented by sleek lines of chrome that run along the edges of the pen this TWSBI Precision fountain pen is definitely eye-catching beyond even TWSBI’s previous offerings. Of note are the nipped-in “waist” between the cap and the barrel, and the bright chrome fittings including the filler knob. The knob has two friction rings to keep the cap firmly in position while posted.

The TWSBI Precision fountain pen has a screw-fitted cap that reveals a clear viewing ring above the section so the writer can check the level of ink in the reservoir which, as with most TWSBIs, is capacious enough that you won’t need to be refilling it on a daily basis. As is also usual with TWSBI fountain pens, the nibs are available in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, Broad and 1.1 Stub.
