La Dotta, one of Scribo’s new pen designs has released two colours Studiorum and Domus. The yellow light of the porticoes contrasts the black sky of the night while offering a safe guide home.

Inspired by their city, Bologna, the La Dotta (the learned) is based on the first Western university in a city, founded in the late 11th century. Domus is based on the original wooden structures for those studying and living at the university, that later were replaced with stone that are still here today.

The resin has special, hand-made milling on the surface following the motifs of the raw wood used for the first buildings, contrasting between light and darkness that characterizes these structures after sunset.

As with all Feels the Domus is a piston filler, available in 14ct flex and 18ct nibs.
