The Protti PRD from Japanese brand “Penac” is a beautifully made mechanical pencil with a fantastically balanced weight and double clutch suspension mechanism. A pencil for those who don’t settle for ordinary.

The double-clutch mechanism guards the lead extremely well and the sprung suspension means that pressing down hard isn’t a problem. The ergonomic grip section is made from metal with a design that will prevent slipping and allow you to keep using the pencil for long periods of time.

The matt black colour features throughout the pencil with the exception of a metallic matt clip at the top of the grip section – Blue for 0.7mm and Grey for 0.5mm.

This is an attractive, well-made mechanical pencil which we are very happy to be able to be stocking in the UK.
