The Souverän series is an elegant and timeless design, the M1000 Black-Green is a piston fountain pen featuring a smooth 18K/750 gold nib and is the largest fountain pen within the Souverän collection, it is only available as a fountain pen.

The production of the black and green striped barrel is complex when creating the classic striped design. It takes many steps to achieve this based on a recipe developed especially for Pelikan. It is then bent, polished and cut to contour with a diamond. The gold‐plated rings on the filler grip and cap are fitted with the utmost precision, creating an almost seamless transition between the materials before the pen is polished to a high shine. The lightly springy typical Pelikan beak clip gives this high‐quality writing instrument its unmistakable design.  Available in EF, F, M or B.
